What is the maximum span the panels can reach?
The maximum span for the 97mm thick panels is 3.66m. For the 122mm thickness panels, it is 4.88m. The 610mm roof/floor panels can be joined end-on for spans over 4.24m.
How much do the SIPs panels weigh?
The 2.44m x 1.2m SIPs weigh approximately 46kg, and the 3.0m x 1.2m SIPs weigh approximately 70kg.
How do I get a quote for delivery?
Please email us a delivery request, and we will provide you with a quote based on the location and details of your order.
How many days would it take for you to construct my SIPs Kit?
Based on our on-site installation service, the number of days for construction will depend on the size of your SIPs studio and your specific requirements.
How do I rebate the panels after cutting them?
The panels are all rebated 100mm (apart from the roof/floor SIPs, which are rebated 100mm). If you are cutting the panels on-site to produce your studio, you will need to rebate them again for the correct fit.
Do you produce internal walls as part of your SIPs Kits?
We do not produce internal walls; it is more cost-effective to construct them separately.
What are the U Values of your SIP panels?
The approximate U values for your SIP panels are 0.30 W/m²K for 97mm SIPs and 0.25 W/m²K for 122mm SIPs.
Can I include a roof light in my design?
We do not advise having roof lights, as it can compromise the structural integrity.
