Our standard SIP panels offer a strong, thermally efficient solution for walls, floors, and roofs. Each panel features:
High-Performance Construction:
- 2 x 11mm OSB3 sheets, bonded to 75mm of High-Performance EPS for enhanced insulation.
- 50mm rebates on all edges, allowing for easy connection using jointing splines or timbers.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
We want all customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Please read our returns and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
Cancellation Within 5 Days of Order
Orders may be cancelled within 5 days from the order date. If cancelled within this period, a refund may be issued, subject to a 30% restocking/admin fee.
Cancellation After 5 Days
After 5 days from the order date, orders cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
Returns After Delivery
If goods have already been delivered and a return is accepted, the customer is responsible for returning the goods at their own cost to our warehouse address.
All returned goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Once the returned items have been received and inspected, we will process any approved refund minus a 30% restocking fee. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee
A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved cancellations and returns. This fee covers handling, administration, stock allocation, and delivery-related costs.
Partial Returns
We do not accept returns of individual items or partial quantities from a larger order.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us in writing within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will assess the issue and confirm the next steps by email.
Return Window
Any approved return must be requested within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Special Orders
Special order products, made-to-order items, used items, opened packs, altered goods, or installed products cannot be returned or refunded.
